Tech/Product Roles Referral Bonus

• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria for Tech/Product Roles

• The candidate must be successfully hired and complete a minimum of 90 days of employment.
• The referral bonus is applicable only for full-time positions.

Referral Bonus for Other Roles

• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• Sales Executive: $2,000

General Eligibility Criteria

• All employees, except those in HR and recruiting, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
