Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: For successful referrals, employees will receive a bonus of $2,500. This position requires candidates with strong skills in programming languages and software development methodologies.

• Product Manager: A referral that leads to a hire will earn a bonus of $3,000. Ideal candidates will have experience in product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.

• Data Scientist: Successfully referring a candidate for this role will result in a bonus of $3,500. Potential hires should possess expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.

Other Roles

• Operations Manager: Employees can earn a referral bonus of $2,000 for this position. Candidates should have a background in operations management and process improvement.

• Customer Service Representative: Referrals leading to a hire will earn a bonus of $1,000. The role requires excellent communication skills and customer service experience.

Eligibility and Payment Process

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of One Gas are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program. Temporary or part-time employees, as well as HR personnel directly involved in the recruitment process, are not eligible to receive referral bonuses.

• Payment Process: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments. The first half is awarded 30 days after the new hire's start date, and the remaining half is paid after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.

• Criteria for Payment: The referred candidate must be successfully hired and retain their position for the specified duration to qualify for the bonus payout.
