Overview
The OLB Group Referral Bonus Program is designed to incentivize employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within our organization. This program focuses on attracting top talent, particularly in tech and product roles, but also extends to other key positions within our company.
Eligibility
- Employees: All full-time employees of OLB Group are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- Candidates: Referred candidates must not have applied or been considered for a position at OLB Group within the last 12 months.
Bonus Structure
The referral bonus is tiered based on the role the candidate is hired for, with higher bonuses for roles that are critical or hard to fill. Below are the estimates for referral bonuses based on role categories:
Tech / Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $2,000
- Product Manager: $2,500
- Data Scientist: $3,000
- UI/UX Designer: $1,500
- DevOps Engineer: $3,000
Other Roles
- Sales Manager: $1,500
- Marketing Specialist: $1,000
- Customer Support Representative: $500

Payment Process
- Initial Payment: 50% of the referral bonus will be paid after the referred candidate has completed their first 90 days of employment.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% will be paid after the candidate completes their first six months of employment.
Guidelines
- Submission: Referrals must be submitted through the internal referral portal for tracking purposes. Ensure you provide adequate information about the candidate and your relationship with them.
