This program is applicable to various roles within the company, with a special focus on technology and product positions.

Referral Bonus Details

• Eligibility: The referral bonus is available to all existing employees who refer candidates for open positions at OKCoin. The program primarily targets tech and product roles but is applicable to other positions as well.

• Bonus Amounts:

  • Tech/Product Roles:
    • Junior to Mid-Level Positions: $3,000
    • Senior Positions: $5,000
    • Leadership/Executive Roles: $10,000
  • Non-Tech Roles:
    • Junior to Mid-Level Positions: $2,000
    • Senior Positions: $4,000
    • Leadership/Executive Roles: $8,000

• Payment Schedule: The referral bonus is typically paid in two installments. The first half is paid once the referred employee completes three months with the company, and the remaining half is paid after six months of their employment.

• Referral Process:

  1. Submit Referral: Employees can submit a referral through the company’s internal portal or by emailing the HR department with the candidate’s details and resume.
  2. Candidate Evaluation: The HR team reviews the referral and initiates the recruitment process.
  3. Hiring Decision: If the referred candidate is hired and completes the required tenure, the referring employee becomes eligible for the bonus.

• Conditions:

  • The referred candidate must not have applied to OKCoin within the past 12 months.
  • The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies independently.
