Other Roles

Referrals for other positions within Ojai Valley Inn are also encouraged, with bonuses offered as follows:

• $1,000 for successful referrals of candidates hired for management positions in departments such as Sales, Marketing, or Operations.
• $500 for successful referrals of candidates hired for entry-level or administrative roles.

Eligibility and Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is eligible for all current employees of Ojai Valley Inn.
