Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Analysts, Product Managers: Employees who refer candidates for these high-demand roles are eligible for a referral bonus of up to $5,000. This amount reflects the critical need for technical expertise in driving the company's innovation and product development.

Other Roles

• Engineering, Operations, and Support Roles: Referrals for these positions can earn employees a bonus ranging from $2,000 to $3,000, depending on the level and criticality of the role.

Payment Terms

• Initial Payment: 50% of the referral bonus is paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes one year with the company.

Eligibility

• All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referrals must be for open positions listed on the company’s careers page.
• Referred candidates should not have applied to the company in the past 12 months.

Process
