Referral Bonus Details

Eligible Roles

• Tech/Product Roles: Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers.
• Other High-Demand Roles: Electrical Engineers, Project Managers, Financial Analysts.

Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles

   • Software Engineer: $5,000
   • Product Manager: $4,500
   • Data Scientist: $5,000
   • UX/UI Designer: $3,500

2. Other Roles

   • Electrical Engineer: $4,000
   • Project Manager: $3,500
   • Financial Analyst: $3,000

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred employee completes 90 days with the company.
  • 50% after the referred employee completes 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Open to all full-time employees of OGE Energy.
• The referred candidate must not have applied to OGE Energy within the last 12 months.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at the time of both bonus installments.

How to Participate

1. Submit a Referral: Use the internal employee portal to submit your referral, including the candidate's resume and contact information.
2. Track the Referral: Stay informed about the status of your referral through the portal.
3. Earn the Bonus: Once your referral is hired and meets the employment duration requirements, receive your bonus.
