Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,000
• Data Analyst: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• IT Specialist: $2,000

Other Roles

• Financial Analyst: $2,000
• Customer Service Representative: $1,500
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• HR Coordinator: $1,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Referral Submission: The referral must be submitted through the official channel before the candidate applies. The employee must provide the candidate’s resume and contact information.

2. Candidate Status: Referred candidates must be new applicants and not already in our database. They should not have been contacted or applied within the past 12 months.

3. Employment Duration: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period for the referrer to receive the bonus.

4. Employee Status: At the time of the bonus payout, the referring employee must be in good standing and employed at Oconee Federal Financial.

Payout Details

• The referral bonus is typically paid out within 30 days following the completion of the referred employee’s probationary period.
• All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
