Our Employee Referral Program is designed to encourage our team members to refer qualified candidates for open positions within our company, particularly in tech and product roles. This program not only helps us find exceptional talent but also rewards our employees for their contributions to our growth.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• The referred candidate must be applying for a full-time position.
• The referral must be submitted through the official referral process before the candidate applies for the position.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus is paid out based on the role for which the candidate is hired. Below is a detailed breakdown of the bonus amounts per role category:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Product Manager: $3,000
• Data Scientist: $3,500
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,500

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• Customer Support Representative: $1,000
• Operations Manager: $2,500

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% upon the new hire’s start date.
  • 50% after the new hire has completed 6 months of employment.

Conditions

• The referred candidate must accept the job offer and remain employed with NW Natural for a minimum of 6 months for the referrer to receive the full bonus amount.
• Referrals for internships, temporary positions, or contract roles are not eligible for the referral bonus.
• The referral must be a new contact for NW Natural; previously applied candidates are not eligible.
