NVE Corporation values talent acquisition through referrals, acknowledging that employees are instrumental in identifying candidates who align with the company's culture and technical requirements. The referral bonus program is designed to incentivize employees for successful referrals, particularly in tech and product roles.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
    • Remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.

• UX/UI Designer, DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% after 12 months.

Other Roles

• Marketing, HR, Operations:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% after 3 months.
    • Remaining 50% after 12 months.

Eligibility and Conditions

• Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers directly involved in the recruitment process for the referred position.
• Conditions:
  • The candidate must not already exist in NVE Corporation’s database as an active candidate.
  • The referred candidate must acknowledge the referring employee on their application or during the recruitment process.
  • Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and deductions.

Referral Process

1. Submit Referral: Employees can submit referrals through the internal employee portal by providing the candidate’s resume and a brief justification for their suitability.
2. Tracking Status: Employees can track the status of their referral through the portal and will be notified at key stages of the candidate’s progress.
