  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must successfully pass the probationary period, typically 90 days, and be employed in a full-time capacity.
  • Payout Schedule: 50% after the referred employee completes the probationary period and 50% after six months of continuous employment.

Other Roles

• Project Managers, Analysts, Support Staff:
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
