Nuvalent Referral Bonus Program

Nuvalent is committed to attracting top talent to join our innovative teams. To incentivize and reward our employees who help us in this endeavor, we have established a robust referral bonus program. Below, we outline the details of the program, with a particular focus on tech and product roles, although these principles apply across all job categories.

How It Works

1. Eligibility: All current Nuvalent employees, except those involved in the hiring decisions for the specific role, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.

2. Referral Process: Employees can refer candidates by submitting their details through the company's dedicated referral portal. Make sure to include the candidate’s resume and a brief explanation of why they would be a good fit for Nuvalent.

3. Bonus Amounts: The referral bonus varies based on the role being filled. Here's a detailed breakdown of estimated bonus amounts for different positions:

   • Tech/Product Roles:
     • Software Engineer: $5,000
     • Product Manager: $5,000
     • Data Scientist: $5,500
     • UX/UI Designer: $4,500
   • Other Roles:
     • Sales Executive: $4,000
     • HR Specialist: $3,000
     • Finance Analyst: $3,500

4. Payment Timeline: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:

   • First Half: Paid after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
   • Second Half: Paid after the referred candidate completes one year of employment.

5. Bonus Conditions:

   • The referred candidate must acknowledge the referral at the time of application.
   • Both the referring employee and the referred candidate must be employed by Nuvalent at the time of bonus payout.
