NuScale Power is committed to attracting top-tier talent to join our innovative team. To achieve this, we have implemented a referral bonus program designed to incentivize our employees to refer qualified candidates, particularly for our tech and product roles. Below are the details of our referral bonus program:
Eligibility
- Who Can Refer: All current full-time employees of NuScale Power, except for those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
- Who Can Be Referred: Candidates who have not applied to NuScale Power in the past 12 months and are not currently in our recruitment database.
Bonus Structure
The bonus amounts are structured based on the role for which a successful candidate is hired:
Tech and Product Roles
- Software Engineer: $5,000
- Product Manager: $4,500
- Data Scientist: $5,500
- UX/UI Designer: $4,000
Other Roles
- Operations Manager: $3,500
- Sales Executive: $3,000
- Human Resources Specialist: $2,500
Payment Terms
- The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
- First Installment: 50% of the total bonus upon the new hire's completion of their first 30 days.
- Second Installment: Remaining 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.
How to Refer
- Submission: Employees must submit referrals through the internal NuScale Power referral portal, providing the candidate's resume and contact information.
- Tracking: Each referral is tracked by our HR department, and referrers will be notified of the referral's progress in the hiring process.
- Notification: If the referred candidate is hired, the referring employee will receive a confirmation email detailing the bonus payout schedule.
