Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineer: We offer a referral bonus of $5,000 for successfully referred candidates who are hired into software engineering roles. This includes positions such as Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, and Full-Stack Developer.
• Data Scientist: For referrals leading to a Data Scientist hire, we provide a bonus of $4,500.
• Product Manager: Successful referrals for Product Manager positions are rewarded with a bonus of $4,000.
• UX/UI Designer: A referral bonus of $3,500 is offered for hires in UX/UI Designer roles.

Other Roles

• Research Scientist: For scientific roles, such as Research Scientists, we offer a referral bonus of $3,000.
• Operations Manager: A referral that results in the hiring of an Operations Manager earns a bonus of $2,500.
• Administrative Staff: Referrals leading to administrative hires receive a bonus of $1,500.

Eligibility and Conditions

• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain with Nurix Therapeutics for a minimum of 90 days.
• The referring employee must be actively employed at Nurix Therapeutics at the time the bonus is paid.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make; however, bonuses are only awarded for each unique hire.
• All referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be processed through payroll.
