1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Criteria: The candidate must complete the probationary period (typically 90 days).

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Criteria: The candidate must remain employed for at least six months.

3. Data Scientist

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Criteria: The candidate must successfully complete the probationary period.

4. UX/UI Designer

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Criteria: The candidate must remain employed for at least six months.
