Referral Bonus Overview

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees of NTT Data are eligible to participate in the referral program, except those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

2. Referral Process:

   • Employees must submit referrals through the official employee referral portal.
   • The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies for the position.
   • The referred candidate must acknowledge the referral upon application.

3. Bonus Payment:

   • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months with the company.
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months with the company.
