Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies depending on the role being filled, with a focus on tech and product positions due to the specialized skills required. Here’s a breakdown of the incentive structure:

Tech & Product Roles

1. Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists

   • Referral Bonus: $5,000
   • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes their first month, and the remaining 50% after six months of employment.

2. UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Analysts

   • Referral Bonus: $4,000
   • Payment Schedule: 50% after the new hire completes their first month, and the remaining 50% after six months of employment.
