Northwest Health is excited to announce our Referral Bonus Program, designed to attract top talent and reward our employees for their valuable network contributions. This program is primarily focused on tech and product roles but extends to other areas as well.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech and Product Roles

1. Software Engineers (All Levels)

   • Bonus Amount: $3,000
   • Estimated Hiring Needs: 20 positions
   • Total Potential Payout: $60,000

2. Product Managers

   • Bonus Amount: $4,000
   • Estimated Hiring Needs: 10 positions
   • Total Potential Payout: $40,000

3. Data Scientists

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Estimated Hiring Needs: 8 positions
   • Total Potential Payout: $28,000

Other Roles

1. Nursing Staff

   • Bonus Amount: $2,000
   • Estimated Hiring Needs: 30 positions
   • Total Potential Payout: $60,000

2. Administrative Support

   • Bonus Amount: $1,500
   • Estimated Hiring Needs: 15 positions
   • Total Potential Payout: $22,500

Eligibility and Guidelines

• Eligibility: All current employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the official referral portal.
• Payment Conditions: Bonuses are paid out 90 days after the new hire’s start date, provided the new hire is in good standing with the company.

Additional Information

• Cumulative Bonuses: Employees can receive multiple bonuses if they refer more than one successful candidate.
• Transparency: HR will provide regular updates on the status of referred candidates.
• Exclusions: The program does not apply to interns or temporary contract
