Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: Employees who refer a candidate for a Software Engineer position can receive a referral bonus of up to $5,000. This is typically disbursed in two parts:

  • $2,500 upon the new hire’s completion of their first 30 days.
  • $2,500 upon the new hire’s completion of six months with the company.

• Product Manager: For Product Manager roles, the referral bonus is set at $4,000, divided as follows:

  • $2,000 after 30 days of employment.
  • $2,000 after six months of employment.

Other Roles

• Data Analyst: The referral bonus for Data Analyst positions is $3,000:

  • $1,500 after the first 30 days.
  • $1,500 after six months.

• Customer Service Representative: For positions like Customer Service Representative, the referral bonus is $1,500:

  • $750 after 30 days.
  • $750 after six months.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position.
• Referral bonuses are paid only if the referred candidate successfully passes the probationary period specified for their role.
• The referring employee must be actively employed with Northrim Bancorp at the time of bonus payment.
