   • Eligibility: Full-time positions only. Bonus is paid out after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.

2. Product Managers:

   • Bonus Amount: $3,500
   • Eligibility: Applies to both junior and senior product management roles. Bonus is paid after 90 days of employment.

3. Data Scientists:

   • Bonus Amount: $3,200
   • Eligibility: Full-time positions only. Bonus is paid out after 90 days of employment.

4. UX/UI Designers:

   • Bonus Amount: $2,800
   • Eligibility: Applicable for both mid-level and senior roles. Bonus is paid after the completion of 90 days of employment.

Other Roles

1. Sales and Marketing:

   • Bonus Amount: $2,500
   • Eligibility: Includes positions such as Sales Manager and Marketing Specialist. Bonus is paid after 90 days of employment.
