Referral Bonus Overview

The referral bonus program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates that are subsequently hired and successfully complete a specified tenure at the company. This program not only helps in building a strong workforce but also allows current employees to contribute to the company's growth and culture.

Bonus Structure

1. Tech and Product Roles:

   • Positions include software developers, product managers, UX/UI designers, data analysts, and similar roles.
   • Referral Bonus:
     • Successful hire of a candidate: $3,000
     • Bonus is typically paid out in two installments:
       • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
       • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months.

2. Other Roles:

   • Includes finance, operations, customer service, and administrative roles.
   • Referral Bonus:
     • Successful hire of a candidate: $1,500
     • Bonus is paid out in a similar two-installment structure:
       • 50% after 3 months.
       • 50% after 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be active and in good standing at the time of the bonus payout.
• The referred candidate must not have been previously employed by or have applied to Nicolet Bankshares in the past 12 months.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral portal or via email to HR with the candidate's resume and a brief introduction.

Additional Terms

• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.
