Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer, Data Scientist, Product Manager:

  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Breakdown:
    • $2,500 after the referred employee completes their first 3 months.
    • $2,500 after the referred employee completes 12 months.

• UX/UI Designer, DevOps Engineer, QA Specialist:

  • Bonus Amount: $4,000
  • Breakdown:
    • $2,000 after the referred employee completes their first 3 months.
    • $2,000 after the referred employee completes 12 months.
