Tech / Product Roles Referral Bonus

For tech and product roles, we recognize the specialized skills and expertise required. Our referral bonus for these positions reflects the importance of securing high-caliber talent in these areas.

Bonus Structure

• Junior Level (0-2 years experience): $1,000
• Mid Level (3-5 years experience): $2,500
• Senior Level (6+ years experience): $5,000
• Critical Roles (e.g., Principal Engineers, Product Leads): $7,500

Program Details

• Eligibility: All current employees, except those in HR or involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
