This program provides financial incentives for current employees who successfully refer candidates for open positions within the company. • Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000

Other Roles

• Sales Executive: $3,000
• Marketing Specialist: $2,500

Eligibility and Guidelines

1. Eligible Referrers: All current full-time employees of Nextracker are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, except for those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.

2. Eligible Candidates: Candidates must be external to the company and not already in the Nextracker candidate database. Former employees are eligible if they have been separated from the company for more than 12 months.

3. Referral Process:

   • Employees must submit referrals through the official referral platform or email them directly to the HR department to qualify.
   • A detailed resume and cover letter should accompany the referral submission.

4. Payout Conditions:

   • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the referred candidate successfully completes 90 days of employment.
     • The remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes one full year of employment.

5. Payment: Referral bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and will be processed through the standard payroll system.
