Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:
   These roles are critical to our innovation and product development efforts. To incentivize referrals in these areas, we offer a competitive bonus structure.

   • Software Engineers (All Levels):

     • Referral Bonus: $3,000
     • Estimated Payout Timeline: 60 days post new hire's start date

   • Product Managers:

     • Referral Bonus: $2,500
     • Estimated Payout Timeline: 60 days post new hire's start date

   • Data Scientists/Analysts:

     • Referral Bonus: $2,500
     • Estimated Payout Timeline: 60 days post new hire's start date

2. Other Key Roles:

   • Sales and Marketing Positions:

     • Referral Bonus: $2,000
     • Estimated Payout Timeline: 60 days post new hire's start date

Eligibility and Guidelines

• Eligibility: All current full-time NextNav employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contractors and temporary employees are not eligible for the referral bonus.
• Referral Process: Employees must submit referrals through the company’s official referral portal or by email to the HR department. Proper documentation and contact information for the referred candidate are required.
• New Hire Requirements: The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period for the referrer to qualify for the bonus
