Bonus Payment Process

1. Eligibility: All full-time NewTek employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contractors and temporary employees are not eligible.

2. Referral Submission: To submit a referral, please fill out the referral form on the NewTek intranet, providing detailed information about the candidate and the role they are being referred for.

3. Referral Review: Our HR team will review the referral. If the candidate is shortlisted, they will be contacted for an interview process.

4. Successful Hire: If your referral is hired and successfully completes the 90-day probationary period, the referral bonus will be processed.

5. Bonus Payment: Referral bonuses are included in your paycheck following the successful completion of the candidate's probationary period. Taxes are applicable as per federal and state laws.
