Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Current Employees: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referred Candidates: Must not have applied to the same position within the last 12 months and should not be current employees of Newmont.

Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles:

   • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
     • Referral Bonus: $3,000
     • Payment Schedule:
