At Newfields, we believe that great talent knows great talent. To encourage our employees to refer exceptional candidates to join our team, we offer a robust referral bonus program. This program is designed to reward employees who help us in our quest to find top-tier talent, especially in critical areas like technology and product development.
Referral Bonus Structure
Tech and Product Roles
- Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers:
- Bonus Amount: $5,000
- Payout Structure:
- $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- $2,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.
Other Roles
- Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, Operations:
- Bonus Amount: $3,000
- Payout Structure:
- $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 12 months of employment.
Eligibility
- The referral must be submitted through the official employee referral portal before the candidate is interviewed.
- The candidate must be a new introduction to Newfields (i.e., not already in our applicant tracking system).
- Both the referring employee and the candidate must be actively employed by Newfields at the time of bonus payout.
Additional Details
- There is no cap on the number of referral bonuses an employee can receive, so feel free to refer as many qualified candidates as you can!
- The referral bonus applies to full-time positions only.
- In the event that multiple employees refer the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the employee who submitted the referral first.
How to Submit a Referral
- Log in to the Newfields employee portal.
- Navigate to the "Employee Referral" section.
- Submit the candidate's details along with
