• Eligibility: All full-time Newell Brands employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Employees must be active at the time the bonus is paid.
• Referral Bonus Payout: The bonus is paid in two installments – one at the new hire's start date and the second after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
• Payment Method: Bonuses are included in the employee's regular paycheck and are subject to applicable taxes.
