Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility

• Referrers: All current NYBC employees are eligible to participate in the referral program, excluding those involved in the hiring process for the referred position.
• Referred Candidates: Candidates must be new to NYBC (not previously employed or referred) and meet the qualifications for the open position.

Bonus Structure
