      • $2,500 upon the new hire's one-year anniversary.

    • Referral Bonus: $3,000
    • Eligibility: Full-time positions only.
    • Payout Schedule:
      • $1,500 after the new hire completes their first 90 days.

Process for Submitting Referrals
