Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineer, Product Manager, Data Scientist, etc.:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility: Full-time positions only.
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $2,500 after the new hire completes their first 90 days.
    • $2,500 upon the new hire's one-year anniversary.
  • Note: Candidates must not have been previously employed by New Relic or applied within the past 12 months.

Other Roles:

• Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.:
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility: Full-time positions only.
  • Payout Schedule:
    • $1,500 after the new hire completes their first 90 days.
    • $1,500 upon the new hire's one-year anniversary.
  • Note: Similar conditions apply regarding previous applications and employment.

Process for Submitting Referrals

1. Submission: Employees can submit referrals through the internal HR portal, providing details of the candidate and the position they are being referred for.

2. Acknowledgement: The HR team will acknowledge receipt of the referral and keep the referrer updated on the hiring process.

3. Candidate Evaluation: Referred candidates will undergo the standard New Relic hiring process, including interviews and assessments.

4. Hiring Decision: Successful candidates will receive an offer, and the referrer will be notified
