To achieve this, we encourage our employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the organization. Successful hires through referrals not only strengthen our team but also reward employees for their contribution.

Eligible Roles

While referrals are welcome for all open positions, the referral bonus program particularly targets the following roles:

• Tech Roles: Software Engineers, Data Scientists, IT Specialists
• Product Roles: Product Managers, Product Designers, UX Researchers

Other roles eligible for referral bonuses include:

• Operations: Operations Managers, Administrative Assistants
• Marketing: Marketing Specialists, Content Creators

Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus amounts are tiered based on the level and specialization of the position:

• Tech & Product Roles:

  • Entry-Level: $1,000
  • Mid-Level: $2,500
  • Senior-Level: $5,000

• Other Roles:

  • Entry-Level: $500
  • Mid-Level: $1,500
  • Senior-Level: $3,000

Payment Terms

• The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the new hire completes their first 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the new hire completes six months of employment.
