We are thrilled to introduce our new referral bonus program aimed at attracting top talent for tech and product roles, as well as other key positions within our organization. Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles

For referrals in tech and product positions, the bonus structure is as follows:

• Software Engineer:

  • Bonus: $3,000
  • Conditions: Payable in two installments - $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 90 days, and $1,500 after 180 days.

• Product Manager:

  • Bonus: $3,500
  • Conditions: Payable in two installments - $1,750 after the referred candidate completes 90 days, and $1,750 after 180 days.

• Data Scientist:

  • Bonus: $4,000
  • Conditions: Payable in two installments - $2,000 after the referred candidate completes 90 days, and $2,000 after 180 days.

Other Roles

For referrals in non-tech roles, the bonus structure is as follows:

• Marketing Specialist:

  • Bonus: $2,000
  • Conditions: Payable in two installments - $1,000 after the referred candidate completes 90 days, and $1,000 after 180 days.

• Human Resources Coordinator:

  • Bonus: $1,500
  • Conditions: Payable in two installments - $750 after the referred candidate completes 90 days, and $750 after 180 days.

Eligibility and Process

• Eligibility: All current employees of New Alternatives for Children are eligible to participate, except for HR personnel and hiring
