Neuronetics Referral Bonus Program

Neuronetics offers a competitive referral bonus program to incentivize current employees to refer talented professionals to join our team. This program is designed to help us attract top talent, particularly in tech and product roles, while rewarding employees for contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Eligibility

• All active employees of Neuronetics, excluding HR department members and hiring managers for the position in question, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official company referral portal or referral form to qualify for the bonus.

Referral Bonus Details

Tech/Product Roles:

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Payout: The bonus is paid out in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months of employment, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
• UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers:
  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Payout: Similar to above, the bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.

Other Roles:

• Sales, Marketing, Customer Support:

  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Payout: Paid in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.

• Administrative and Operations Roles:

  • Referral Bonus: $1,000
  • Payout: The same installment schedule applies.

Terms and Conditions

• The referred candidate must be successfully hired and remain employed through the specified periods for the referring employee to receive the bonus.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make, maximizing the opportunity to earn multiple bonuses
