Eligibility
- All active employees of Neuronetics, excluding HR department members and hiring managers for the position in question, are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
- Referrals must be submitted through the official company referral portal or referral form to qualify for the bonus.
Referral Bonus Details
Tech/Product Roles:
- Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists:
- Referral Bonus: $5,000
- Payout: The bonus is paid out in two installments: 50% after the new hire completes 3 months of employment, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
- UX/UI Designers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers:
- Referral Bonus: $3,000
- Payout: Similar to above, the bonus is paid in two installments: 50% after 3 months, and the remaining 50% after 6 months.
Other Roles:

Terms and Conditions
