Netrix Global Referral Bonus Program

Netrix Global values the power of referrals and recognizes the contributions of employees who help bring talented individuals to the company. The referral bonus program is designed to reward employees for recommending qualified candidates who join our team. Below, we provide a detailed overview of the referral bonus program, focusing primarily on tech and product roles, but also covering other functions.

Referral Bonus Structure

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists, and similar roles:
  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
    • $1,500 after the referred candidate completes 6 months.

Other Roles

• Sales, Marketing, HR, and Operations:
  • Bonus Amount: $1,500
  • Payment Schedule:
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 3 months.
    • $750 after the referred candidate completes 6 months.

Eligibility Criteria

• Eligible Employees: All full-time employees can participate, except for HR personnel involved in the recruitment process.
• Eligible Candidates: Referral candidates should not be current or former employees of Netrix Global within the last 12 months.

Process

1. Submission: Submit referrals through the company's internal referral portal. Ensure that the candidate's resume and details are provided.
2. Evaluation: The recruitment team will assess the referred candidate’s fit for open positions.
3. Notification: Employees will be informed about the status of their referral once the candidate has been interviewed.
4. Reward: Bonuses are distributed as per the payment schedule mentioned above.

Additional Notes

• The referral bonus is subject to applicable taxes.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can submit.
• In the event of multiple referrals for the same candidate, the bonus will be awarded to the first employee who submitted the referral
