• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers:
  • Bonus Amount: $5,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
    • Remaining 50% paid after the referred employee completes 6 months of employment.
  • Eligibility: The referred candidate must be hired for a full-time position and successfully pass the probationary period.

Other Roles

• Clinical Laboratory Scientists, Operations Managers:

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 50% paid after the referred employee completes 90 days of employment.
