  • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must successfully complete their probationary period of 90 days.

• Product Managers

  • Bonus Amount: $3,500
  • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must remain in the position for at least 6 months.

• UX/UI Designers

  • Bonus Amount: $3,000
  • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must remain in the role for at least 6 months.

• Data Scientists
