Our tech and product teams are at the heart of innovation at Neo Media World. To attract exceptional candidates for these critical roles, we offer a generous referral bonus:

• Software Engineer: $5,000
• Product Manager: $4,500
• Data Scientist: $5,000
• UX/UI Designer: $4,000
• DevOps Engineer: $5,000

Other Roles

Eligibility and Payout

• Eligibility: All full-time Neo Media World employees are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Candidate Requirements: Referred candidates must not be current or former employees and should meet the minimum qualifications of the role.
• Payout Structure: The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
