1. Software Engineer

   • Bonus Amount: $5,000
   • Payout Schedule:
     • 50% paid after the new hire completes 3 months.
     • Remaining 50% paid after the new hire completes 12 months.

2. Product Manager

   • Bonus Amount: $4,500
   • Payout Schedule:
