Program Overview
The NearForm Referral Bonus Program incentivizes employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company. When a referred candidate is successfully hired and completes the required probationary period, the referring employee receives a bonus as a token of appreciation.
Eligible Positions
While the referral program is open to all roles, we have a particular focus on the following tech and product positions:
- Software Engineers (all levels)
- Product Managers
- UX/UI Designers
- Data Scientists
- DevOps Engineers
- Technical Leads
Other roles may also qualify, but bonuses may vary based on the position and level of demand.
Bonus Structure
The referral bonus amounts are structured as follows:
- Tech/Product Roles:
- Junior Positions: €1,000
- Mid-Level Positions: €2,000
- Senior Positions: €3,000
- Non-Tech/Product Roles:
- Junior Positions: €500
- Mid-Level Positions: €1,000
- Senior Positions: €1,500
Payment Timeline
- Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate has completed three months of employment.
