Program Overview

The NearForm Referral Bonus Program incentivizes employees to refer qualified candidates for open positions within the company. When a referred candidate is successfully hired and completes the required probationary period, the referring employee receives a bonus as a token of appreciation.

Eligible Positions

While the referral program is open to all roles, we have a particular focus on the following tech and product positions:

• Software Engineers (all levels)
• Product Managers
• UX/UI Designers
• Data Scientists
• DevOps Engineers
• Technical Leads

Other roles may also qualify, but bonuses may vary based on the position and level of demand.

Bonus Structure

The referral bonus amounts are structured as follows:

Payment Timeline

• Initial Payment: 50% of the bonus is paid after the referred candidate has completed three months of employment.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is paid after the candidate completes six months of employment.
