Referral Bonus Structure

The referral bonus for tech and product roles at NB Bancorp is structured as follows:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineers (All Levels): $5,000
• Product Managers: $4,000
• Data Scientists: $4,500
• UX/UI Designers: $3,500
• DevOps Engineers: $4,000

Other Roles

• Finance Analysts: $2,500
• Marketing Specialists: $2,000
• Customer Support Representatives: $1,500

Program Details

• Eligibility: All current full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral program. Contract and temporary employees are not eligible.
• Process: To refer a candidate, employees must submit the candidate’s resume through the company’s internal referral portal. The referral must be submitted before the candidate applies for the position.
