This program is designed to reward employees who refer candidates that are successfully hired and join our team in various roles, particularly in tech and product departments.

Referral Bonus Overview

Tech/Product Roles

For tech and product roles, we offer a competitive referral bonus to ensure we attract the highest quality candidates. Below are the details:

• Software Engineer: $2,000
• Product Manager: $2,500
• Data Scientist: $2,500
• UX/UI Designer: $1,500
• DevOps Engineer: $2,000

Other Roles

In addition to tech and product roles, we also provide referral bonuses for other critical positions within the company:

• Sales Executive: $1,000
• Customer Support Specialist: $500
• Marketing Coordinator: $1,000
• Operations Manager: $1,500

Program Details

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of National Storage, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers for the referred position, are eligible for the referral bonus.
• Payment Terms: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
  • 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
  • 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.
• Referral Process: To submit a referral, employees must fill out the referral form on our internal portal, providing details about the candidate and the position they are being referred for.
• Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied to National Storage in the past 12 months or be currently under consideration for any position.
