Referral Bonus Overview
Tech/Product Roles
For tech and product roles, we offer a competitive referral bonus to ensure we attract the highest quality candidates. Below are the details:
- Software Engineer: $2,000
- Product Manager: $2,500
- Data Scientist: $2,500
- UX/UI Designer: $1,500
- DevOps Engineer: $2,000
Other Roles
In addition to tech and product roles, we also provide referral bonuses for other critical positions within the company:
- Sales Executive: $1,000
- Customer Support Specialist: $500

Program Details
- Eligibility: All full-time employees of National Storage, excluding HR personnel and hiring managers for the referred position, are eligible for the referral bonus.
- Payment Terms: The referral bonus will be paid out in two installments:
- 50% after the new hire completes 90 days of employment.
- 50% after the new hire completes 6 months of employment.
- Referral Process: To submit a referral, employees must fill out the referral form on our internal portal, providing details about the candidate and the position they are being referred for.
- Candidate Eligibility: Referred candidates must not have applied to National Storage in the past 12 months or be currently under consideration for any position.
