Referral Bonus Details

Tech and Product Roles

• Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers:

  • Referral Bonus: $5,000
  • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
  • Payout Schedule: The bonus will be paid in two installments: 50% after the candidate’s first month and the remaining 50% after the completion of the probationary period.

• UX/UI Designers and DevOps Engineers:

  • Referral Bonus: $4,000
  • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 90-day probationary period.
  • Payout Schedule: The bonus will be paid in two installments: 50% after the candidate’s first month and the remaining 50% after the completion of the probationary period.

Other Roles

• Sales and Marketing Positions:

  • Referral Bonus: $3,000
  • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 60-day probationary period.
  • Payout Schedule: The bonus will be paid in two installments: 50% after the candidate’s first month and the remaining 50% after the completion of the probationary period.

• Administrative and Support Roles:

  • Referral Bonus: $2,000
  • Eligibility Criteria: The referred candidate must be hired and successfully complete a 60-day probationary period.
  • Payout Schedule: The bonus will be paid in two installments
