Program Highlights

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of Napco Security Technologies are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program.
• Referral Bonus Amounts:
  • Tech/Product Roles: Employees who refer candidates for technology and product-related positions can earn a referral bonus of up to $3,000. These roles include software engineers, product managers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists.
  • Other Roles: For non-tech positions such as sales, marketing, or administrative roles, the referral bonus is typically up to $1,500.
• Bonus Payout: The referral bonus is paid in two installments:
  • 50% upon the referred candidate's successful completion of their first three months of employment.
