At n_able, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset, and we believe that great people know great people. Our referral bonus program is designed to reward employees for referring talented individuals who align with our values and contribute to our success. Here's a detailed breakdown of our referral bonus program, focusing primarily on tech and product roles, but also applicable to other positions within the company.

How the Program Works

1. Eligibility: All full-time employees are eligible to participate in the referral bonus program, with the exception of those directly involved in the hiring process for the referred candidate.

2. Eligible Roles: While we welcome referrals for all open positions, we are particularly interested in referrals for the following roles:

   • Software Engineers
   • Product Managers
   • Data Scientists
   • UX/UI Designers
   • Other critical roles across departments

3. Referral Process:

   • Submit your referral through our internal employee portal.
   • Ensure that the referred candidate submits an application, mentioning your name as the referrer.
   • Our recruitment team will review the application and proceed with the selection process.

4. Bonus Payout:

   • Tier 1 (Tech/Product Roles): $2,000
   • Tier 2 (Other Roles): $1,000

5. Payment Terms:

   • The referral bonus is paid out in two installments:
     • 50% after the referred candidate completes three months with the company.
     • The remaining 50% after the referred candidate completes six months.

6. Conditions:

   • The referred candidate must be successfully hired and complete the specified tenure.
   • The employee making the referral must be actively employed at the time of the bonus payout.
   • Referrals for temporary or contract positions are not eligible for bonuses.
