Mystic Seaport Museum is excited to announce a referral bonus program to encourage our community to help us find top talent for our tech and product roles, as well as other key positions. This initiative is designed to reward individuals who refer qualified candidates who become part of our team.

Referral Bonus Details

Eligibility:

• The referral bonus program is open to all current employees, volunteers, and community members associated with Mystic Seaport Museum.
• To qualify for the bonus, the referrer must submit the candidate's information before the candidate applies directly.
• The referred candidate must successfully complete the probationary period to qualify for the referral bonus payout.

Bonus Structure:

• Tech/Product Roles:
  • Software Engineer: $1,500
  • Product Manager: $1,500
  • Data Analyst: $1,200
  • UI/UX Designer: $1,000
• Other Roles:
  • Marketing Specialist: $800
  • Operations Manager: $1,000
  • Visitor Services Coordinator: $500

Process:

1. Submit Referral:

   • Complete the referral form available on the Mystic Seaport Museum careers page.
   • Ensure all relevant details of the candidate are included, such as their resume and a brief description of their suitability for the role.

2. Candidate Review:

   • Our recruitment team will review the referred candidate's application.
   • The candidate will undergo the standard interview and selection process.

3. Probationary Period:

   • The candidate must remain employed at Mystic Seaport Museum for a minimum of 90 days to complete the probationary period.

4. Bonus Payout:

   • Upon successful completion of the probationary period by the referred candidate, the referrer will receive the bonus payout within 30 days.
