Program Overview

Our referral program is designed to incentivize employees to help us find top talent by offering a generous bonus when their referred candidates are successfully hired and complete their probationary period.

Bonus Structure

• Tech and Product Roles:
  • Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers: Up to $5,000 per successful referral.
• Other Roles:
  • Clinical Researchers, Sales, and Marketing Roles: Up to $3,000 per successful referral.

Eligibility Criteria

• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
• They must complete a 90-day probationary period.
• The referring employee must be actively employed with MyMD Pharmaceuticals at the time of the bonus payout.

Process

1. Submit a Referral: Employees can submit referrals through our internal referral portal. Make sure to provide detailed information about the candidate and the role you are referring them for.

• Other Roles: We anticipate hiring around 15 employees through referrals for other roles each year,
