Referral Bonus Structure

1. Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: Earn a $3,000 bonus for referring a successful candidate to our software engineering team.
• Product Manager: Receive a $3,500 bonus when your referral for a product manager role is hired.
• Data Scientist: Get a $3,000 bonus for a successful data scientist referral.
• UI/UX Designer: You can earn a $2,500 bonus for referring a UI/UX designer who joins our team.

2. Other Roles

• Sales Executive: A successful referral for a sales executive position will earn you a $2,000 bonus.
• Marketing Specialist: Receive a $1,500 bonus for a successful marketing specialist referral.
• Operations Manager: Earn a $2,000 bonus for referring a candidate who fills an operations manager role.
• Customer Support Representative: Get a $1,000 bonus for a successful customer support representative referral.

Eligibility and Payment

• Eligibility: All employees, except HR and hiring managers, are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Payment: Referral bonuses are paid out in full after the referred candidate has been employed at Mudflap for 90 days.
• Referral Limit: There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or the bonuses you can earn.

How to Refer a Candidate
