Bonus Structure

The referral bonus varies by the role tier and is paid in two installments: the first after the new hire completes 90 days, and the second after they complete one year.

• Junior Level: $2,000 total

  • $1,000 after 90 days
  • $1,000 after one year

• Mid-Level: $4,000 total

  • $2,000 after 90 days
  • $2,000 after one year

• Senior Level: $6,000 total

  • $3,000 after 90 days
  • $3,000 after one year

Other Key Positions

• Entry-Level: $1,000 total

  • $500 after 90 days
