Program Guidelines
- Eligibility: All full-time employees of MSA Safety are eligible to participate in the referral program.
- Referral Process: Referrals must be submitted through the internal recruitment portal to be eligible for the bonus.
- Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be paid in two installments:
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
- 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
