Referral Bonus Structure

Our referral bonus is structured to encourage employees to participate actively in our recruitment process. Below is a detailed breakdown of the bonus amounts for different positions:

Tech/Product Roles

• Software Engineer: $3,000
• Data Scientist: $3,500
• Product Manager: $4,000
• UX/UI Designer: $2,500
• DevOps Engineer: $3,000

Other Roles

• Sales Representative: $2,000
• Marketing Specialist: $1,500
• Customer Support Associate: $1,000

Program Guidelines

• Eligibility: All full-time employees of MSA Safety are eligible to participate in the referral program.
• Referral Process: Referrals must be submitted through the internal recruitment portal to be eligible for the bonus.
• Bonus Payment: The referral bonus will be paid in two installments:
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 3 months of employment.
  • 50% after the referred candidate completes 6 months of employment.
• Candidate Eligibility: The referred candidate must not have applied to any MSA Safety job in the past 12 months.
• Multiple Referrals: If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the bonus will be awarded to the first referrer, based on the submission timestamp in the recruitment portal.
